The next day, when trying to obtain insurance for the car, we discovered the insurance was nearly as much as the car payment. The dealer new, or should have known, that insurance for that car would have been extremely expensive for a male driver in their mid to late 20s, yet they failed to disclose that. The dealership use pressure to convince and secure a sale that was contrary to the benefit of all parties. The dealership had opportunities to provide a fair and equitable exchange vehicles, but they chose to take advantage of the situation and maximize profit at the expense of the customer. During the vehicle exchange they bought the car back for substantially less than it was purchased. They offered little or no discount on the exchange car offering us an opportunity to take a hit on both the front end and the back, a double whammy! When we questioned them about the numbers about discounts etc. they moved numbers around to make it look as if they were offering a deal, LOL. They were offering a deal, a bad one. It certainly was a lesson learned. But nevertheless a bad deal. We will not purchase another vehicle from "certified nationwide". More

Talked to me about what I was looking for in a car, and recommended a couple of cars to look at that weren't on my list — in addition to the ones that were. I actually liked their suggestions better, and ended up test driving the two they showed me. I ended up purchasing one of the cars, and I couldn't be happier. The condition of the car is fantastic. The buying process was absolutely no stress. I'm not good at negotiation, so I might not have gotten the best possible price, but I'm pretty confident, based on car valuation sites, that I got a very very good deal without having to fight — so that's fantastic in my book. I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase. I got a tour of the service area — they have mechanics onsite. The service area is very clean, and looks pretty well set-up to my amateur eye. Although I have a preferred mechanic, I'll definitely give them a go for my first oil change and other service needs. There's all kind of auto dealerships. Many have a reputation for sleazy sales staff who are looking to make as much money as they can. I definitely feel Certified Nationwide does NOT fit this bill. I very much feel I got a very good deal without having to fight for it. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a late model low mileage used car. More
