He had my info in hand from my earlier reservation call, showed me where I could wait, coffee, etc. They performed the recall software update, as well as ran several other checks to insure my truck was functioning correctly. I had trouble that morning with a dead battery, which they decided should be replaced under warranty. I have recommended this dealer to a large number of folks, many who have had similar experiences that I always have there. More

Champion Chevrolet is a great place to visit Went in for my third oil change on my 2014 certified buick lacrosse and everything was great also had a recall on the air bag and it was fixed. The employees always thank me for my service as i am a cold war military veteran helping keep Russia out of Germany in 1961 at nineteen years old at that time. Oil leak they replaced motor I have had issues with my 2013 Silverado that I purchased brand new from dealership since I got it. Most all had been resolved but I had an ongoing pr I have had issues with my 2013 Silverado that I purchased brand new from dealership since I got it. Most all had been resolved but I had an ongoing problem with oil consumption which I came in repeatedly for oil consumption tests and they determined it was the rear main seal and was told they replaced it. Then the oil consumption got considerably worse. It used several quarts in just 1440 miles. I was told I had to go through the oil test again. My vehicle only had a little over 34K miles at that point. I had to get my friend and partner (a man) to come in and actually get some action taken on this matter. I appreciate what Mark Leonard did for me at that point but I will have to say it does bother me that I bought, pay for and drive my truck and yet I could not get the same result a man can. All the employees at that dealership have always been very nice to me the many times I have had to be there. More
