I would like to thank the most helpful salesman I have ever delt with in my whole life Savas Makridis for going above and beyond for my family and I. Things are tight right now with all my kids and I really did not think I was going to be able to get into a full size suv at the payments i wanted though Savas went to war for me as he said he would and got my payments right where i needed them while at the same time finding me the perfect suv. My overall experience with Savas and Chapman BMW on Camelback pre owned was great and that is why I will always come back to get my vehicles here. Thanks again Mr. Savas

Our sales representative, Grady was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to make sure we understood what incredible machines the BMWs were. Perhaps he was a bit more high-pressure than I prefer (which, admittedly, is none at all), but all-in-all, it was a pleasure dealing with him.
That being said the prices at Chapman were steep, even taking the certification into account. This is probably the reason why they don't openly list their prices on autotrader.com.
In sum, the customer service at Chapman was excellent but the prices precluded any serious thoughts of purchase.

Knowing the quality of the product, the car really sold itself. I felt very comfortable and not pressured. My salesman Joe Lena was friendly, knew every detail of his product and was very articulate about them. The financial agent Michelle made all purchase details clear to me. All I had to do was drive it home.

Wonderful! I've bought my last 2 cars from savas. He's gone up and beyond to help me. With my lack of credit and proof of income no one would give me a chance until I came to camelback bmw. Anything I needed they were on it. I would refer this place and this salesman to everyone ! I got a 2011 bmw for a killer deal. As a matter of fact my boyfriend plans on buying a car from Savas this month. Thanks savas, thanks bmw!
