Brought car in due to failed power window and missing bumper clip. Charged me for new window motor even though BMW admits the design is faulty and has done courtesy replacements for other owners. Still remained courteous even when job troubles nearly forced me to cancel the purchase. No hidden charges appeared and they did not try to ram paint protection, gap insurance or other crap down my throat. Paper signing took ~ 10 minutes.<br>Downside: High dollar security deposit required. Got gouged on floormat purchase. Dealer needs to study up on their product more. More
