I sent a message and Michael Messer got back to me. I went in a couple days later ( no pressure to even go in from Michael which I really appreciate ). I texted first so he knew I was coming, out to common courtesy. The Kia was right there looking at me when I arrived and all was good and everyone in there was just so nice... I was thinking " Is this really a car dealer? Guess I have been going to the wrong ones over the years...ha..).. any way... all went smooth and comfortable. Made the deal and outa there in about 2 1/2 hours. (was actually hoping for a little longer so I could wait for traffic to lessen some.) I had a friend with me and Michael took the time to answer some questions for her about buying her first car with practical ideas and suggestions ..Nice. Michael Messer was excellent as he was who helped me but I noticed every one else in there was of the same caliber. ... Juts saying'. More

First-rate dealership! First time buying a car, and I can happily say I'd come back again and again! Bob worked with me all day and I got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Went to other dealerships, in the end so glad I came back. Never felt pressured, angry, nothing. Bob was very straightforward and easy to work with. He could have been such a good salesman that I just felt like I was getting a good deal, but I highly doubt that; he seemed very honest and up-front about pricing and my options, considering credit. Also, Mike in finance was great. I was prepared to spend an hour of back-and-forth, considering what everyone's ever told me about the finance part of car-buying. Instead, Mike laid out all the options and wasn't pushy. He wrote out scenarios, placed everything in front of me, and gave me time to decide. I declined options, he basically said "Ok that's it, sign here," and I was out the door. Big thanks to Bob, Mike and Chapman for making a process I was wary of a smooth one! (PS, I appreciated the full tank of gas you gave me before leaving too!) More

We were very pleased with them being straightforward and reasonable on price there was no going back and fourth on numbers they even gave way more on our trade then we could've hoped for . I gave them four out of five stars because sammy was very great at finding what we wanted for about the price we were comfortable with. We definitely plan on getting another BMW or keeping the one we are in in the future and look forward to working with them again 🙂 More
