appointment was easy. jamie friendly and proffessional. work was completed on time. hyundai stood behind the product even though technically it could have been disputed. great service and cars.

I am very dissatisfied my car has been shifting hard and docent down shift correctly when driving up hills. My car was brought in a few weeks ago and they reset the computer. And we were told that if the problem happened again they would replace the part. The next time I went out of town it had the same problem. So we took the car back to have the part replaced under my warranty. And we were told because you couldn't get it to do it then you wouldn't replace the part. I am a very busy person and need my car to be dependable. And don't understand why you didn't replace the part as promised. We are going out of town again this weekend. Driving from casa grande to pinetop and now have to hope to not have the problem again. I'm sure there has to be some kind of test you can run to find the problem.

I've always received wonderful service from Champman. Jaime is so nice and has a beautiful smile for everyone. I love my Sonata Ltd, except for the fact that at the time I wasn't able to get it in Red. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to get one in a couple of years. Don't worry, I'll get it Chapman!
