Danny Brennan provided excellent service and communicated with me every step of the way! All amenities in service lounge were great! Would not take my car anywhere else.

I bought my first Nissan on May 2 2017 from Charleston Nissan. My sales lady was Melanie.She was so great and gave me an Excellent service for my first time in a very long time buying my Rogue. Which I love it !
Now getting to the Service Department- I had to get my first oil change and I went in there on Wednesday July 19 around 2:30 my friend also has a Nissan and she also needed her oil change so we went together. Danny was my service advisor who was very nice and professional. The problem came when my friends car was being washed and when I went to check (she didn't feel comfortable go to the back so that is why I did it for her) and The guy was sitting in the car and was on His Phone !! Really I said something like come on dude which he started washing the car and said I can hurry but I won't do your tires in which I said you wash it all along with the tires. I went back to check on it and he said he was done so when I got into the car the seat was all the way back ok easy fix, but as I was pulling out he stop me cause (guess what) he ask me if he left his Phone in the car !! I said are you kidding me in which he said never mine I have it. Not so happy with that experience, but I really want Nissan to know what is going on. I also know that they are sub contractors but you might want to check out what really is going on .

The dealership does a great job with service on my vehicles and Becca did a very fine job in handling all aspects of the job.
