Wanted to schedule a oil change for my truck. Was told it was walk in only. Okay fine. Then I asked how much for transmission service, The person on the phone was Tyler and Tyler let’s out a big sigh like he was walk in only. Okay fine. Is this not a Chevrolet dealership? Tyler seemed very unprofessional I would not recommend coming here if it means dealing with him. More

Got the pleasure to do business with Ernie Rodriguez. He helped me through the process, made everything as easy as it could be. I had to get a vehicle after an accident and was on a time crunch to get into helped me through the process, made everything as easy as it could be. I had to get a vehicle after an accident and was on a time crunch to get into a vehicle so I could return to work. Ernie helped me through the whole process and got me into exactly what I wanted. He worked with the limited finances I had and got the deal closed for me. I originally had a distrust for car salesmen but was completely blown away with the amazing costumer service and commitment shown by Ernie and the Chase Chevrolet staff. I will be a return customer. After purchasing an used 2016 Malibu on October 5, 2021 with only one key fob, we went to Chase Chevrolet. Chase made another key at an extremely reasonable charge. We also had an issue with On Star. Chase with only one key fob, we went to Chase Chevrolet. Chase made another key at an extremely reasonable charge. We also had an issue with On Star. Chase performed the diagnostics. The fix was extremely expensive. Chase fixed the steering wheel commands (which were inoperable) and quieted the "screaming On Star" audio. The supervisor waved all charges for the appointment and sincerely apologized for the quoted projected work costs to resolve all the issues. We were absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you Chase. The staff is super kind and professional. Our Malibu will be in the care of Chase. More

I've known Ernie for over 25 yrs and five star's doesn't do this man justice he needs ten. he is family and will do what ever it takes to help you out no matter what the hurdles are. I have bought over 15 c do this man justice he needs ten. he is family and will do what ever it takes to help you out no matter what the hurdles are. I have bought over 15 cars and sent family and friends to him and always had awesome service. I moved over 4 thousand miles away called Ernie because I needed a new ride and I got it and he sent it to me in north Carolina. were I live.
