Checkered Flag Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Newport News responded

This customer phoned me back in November stating he had a motor locked up from a repair we had made almost two and a half years ago and over 30,000 plus miles. I told him our warranty was 12 months or 12,000 miles which is standard everywhere you go. He wanted me to commit to fix his vehicle for free without seeing it. I told him I could not do that and offered for him to bring his vehicle to me so I could see what was wrong with it and see what I could do to help him he refused . His vehicle has not been here since the original repair. If we would have left the bolts he's stating loose they would have shown up a lot faster than two and a half years later.
