What can I say? I've been a loyal POMOCO customer for 35 years handling fleet cars for my job years ago, and all my personal cars and trucks. From sales people to service personnel, to service writers and people in the parts department, they have all become friends that seem like family. I've always been treated like family; fairly, with the service department always going the second mile to help me. I feel they care about me and want my car to work at its best because they know I depend on it, and on them. To demonstrate how much confidence I have in them, when I was responsible for having maintenance done on a foreign car, I took it to POMOCO for many of the things that needed to be done. After being associated with them, they will know you by your first name and you will know theirs.
