My Review of Checkered Flag Honda:
Benjamin and I met at the dealerships months before my actual transaction and he was helpful but not pushy, encouraging but not insistent. I told him what I was looking for and he agreed to keep his eyes open for me. I have been in touch with him by phone on a couple of occasions, since I was waiting for an acceptable interest rate before I would purchase. We reconnected by phone when the 2.9% interest rate became available, scheduled a meeting and began the selection and purchase process. Benjamin did not attempt to sell me the more expensive 4WD, when he knew I only needed a FWD: he didn't try to sell me the Navigation and DVD systems when he knew I was not interested in those things. Knowing I transport teenagers and had concerns with the light color cloth seats of my previous CR-V, he recommended the darker leather interior...which made perfect sense. He showed - and had me demonstrate understanding of - every feature of the Pilot, inside and out. (I set a station on the radio, set proper time on the clock, changed the temp option on the heater, set temp heat for the seat, positioned the side mirrors, adjusted the seat, etc.) He explained every facet of the purchase process, indicating he knew I had gone through the process before, but just wanting to be certain I had no questions or concerns along the way. I am thoroughly pleased with my new SUV and have Benjamin to thank for my comfort with all its bells and whistles. His service to me was so complete and comforting, I will be looking for him in 3 years when I trade this one for the next one. My sincere and absolute thanks to him for his kindness and his attention.

My Review of Checkered Flag Honda:
John Hall was great. From the moment we arrived he was courteous, friendly, and listened to what we were looking for. He did not waste our time with the usual back and forth during negotiations and made a great offer right from the start. After shopping around, just to make sure we covered our bases, we found that the offer that we got from Checkered Flag and John was by far the best and couldn't be beat. He defintely has your best interests in mind and will do everything he can to get you the best deal out there. I recommend Chackered Flag Honda and specifically John Hall. You will leave the dealer feeling good about the decision you made and confident that you got a good deal on your car.

I've always been in a time crunch when I've come to buy a new car and checkered flag makes what I want happen in the time frame I need. They where completely honest and didn't try to "sell" me. I did extensive research before I came and I know that the people at checkered flag are the best people to buy a car from. I never have any regrets from buying with checkered flag and thier service is exceptional.

We were not actually buying the car on Oct. 03. However, when my husband and I were approached by Eric Rogers, he showed us and explained the features of the car we wanted to buy. He was helpful and even introduced us to Mike de Guzman who was also instrumental that we bought the car. It was a very good buying experience and we will recommend this dealership to friends.

My Review of Checkered Flag Honda:
In searching for a new Honda Oydessey I spent about a week visiting local dealerships and searching on-line for the best price. Through hours of market research and assistance provided by the USAA Buying Program I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. Of the four dealerships I visited and two others that I worked with over the phone Checkered Flag Honda was the only one capable of getting the price where I wanted it to be. Eugene Smith worked tirelessly to negotiate the best deal for the new vehicle and to get me top dollar for my trade.

Once negotiations were through Checkered Flag Honda's selling process was very simple and quick. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Eugene had the new vehicle prepared and contacted my wife to arrange pick-up the following day. Picking up the new vehicle was also quick, a reflection of Eugene and Checkered Flag Honda's dedication to customer service.

Based on this experience I highly recommend Checkered Flag Honda and Eugene Smith to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Our experience with Checkered Flag in the purchase of our 2010 Honda Odyssey was 5-star all the way. This is a straightforward dealership with a no nonsense approach. Their customer service focus is exceptional. After a very bad previous experience with another local dealership we're delighted to find Checkered Flag.

Our salesperson, Mr. Eric Rogers, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and efficient in every aspect of completing the deal. These strengths, coupled with his entertaining personality and customer pleasing attitude, have made us dedicated Checkered Flag fans.

We'll certainly return to Checkered Flag and Eric for future purchases and will highly recommend this team to our friends, family, and co-workers. You can definitely count on a straightforward and fair purchase with them.

My Review of Checkered Flag Honda:
Experience in car selection and pricing was excellent. We had good support from Mr. Hall and all his managers. Mr. John Hall was one of the main reasons we purchased from Checkerd Flag.

Only complaint I have is the waiting time to actually pay for the car to pick up the car. I was paying in Cash for the car but the finance person kept me waiting for more than 2-hours because there was someone else haggling ahead of me..

My Review of Checkered Flag Honda:
John was friendly and efficent. He greeted me outside, helped me through the entire sales process and did not make me feel pressured for the sale. Once I had purchased the vehicle, he stayed late, after his shift had ended, to make sure he was there when I picked up my CRV. He helped me move my items from one car to the new. He was able to transfer all of my stickers too :)

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Dennis Anderson. He was very informative and provided us with options. We were in the market for a car, not expecting to purchase one right away, however, we found exactly what we were looking for and the price was right. We can see why Dennis has been with Honda for so many years. If any of our friends are looking for a car, we will definitely send them to Honda.
