I read about the sale of the car in the news paper. At the dealership, the car was as priced in the paper. Dan Wheeler was my salesperson. This was my 4th Hyundai that I have purchased in the last 2-3 years for my daughters. The first 2 have been in accidents and have been totaled. Each time I returned to Checkered Flag and was helped by Jaso 2-3 years for my daughters. The first 2 have been in accidents and have been totaled. They say car salesmen are the worst however I will argue that statement is completely wrong. Each time I had to come in to buy a replacement car for the one that was totaled, Jason showed a lot of compasion and support. This last time I contacted him about looking into a used car thinking there was no way I could get another new car. He asked me what happened and then told me to let him see what he could do for me. I called him back the next day and he provided me with all the information I needed to discuss purchasing another new carwith my husband. Jason indicated he spoke with his manager Tom and between the both of them they made my experience go extremely smoothly. What started out as a really stressful situation (car getting totaled, dealing with an insurance company that wasn't treating me fairly and stressing out about how I was going to pay for another new car) ended with me very happy and stress free. As I stated earlier, Jason treated me with such compasion and support. I couldn't have asked for anything more than he had already done. I tell everyone I know about Jason and what a great person he is. I have 2 friends who will be looking to buy new cars within the next 12 months and I have been telling both of them about Jason as well as Checkered Flag. I get teased regularily by folks at my work, that I am the only person they know who knows their car salesman by their first name and can remember it without a second thought. When it comes tiime to replace my current car I know I will be returning to Checkered Flag to see Jason. Thank you again Jason for all your support!!!!!! More

Mr. Jeffrey Griffin was the first Auto Salesman that I encountered who knew what I was looking for in a vehicle! It has been 17 years since I purchased a car; I was apprehensive about how this process would work. However, the team at Checkered Flag made this car buying experience excellent!!!! From our initial entry into the dealership, Bryan Lane met us and introduced us to Barbara Collins who explained the features of the Sonata to us and sent us on our test drive. We were able to then take the Sonata overnight to experience driving it in the areas I normally do. Then upon returning the car, the sales team went into their routine to get me the car that I wanted with all the options & selected color . The following weekend the car was ready and everyone made it so easy to come in, do the paperwork, and have the training for all the special features. The price was fair and consistent with our research and a great value. This experience was so streamlined and turnkey!!!! The staff worked so well as a team and made us very comfortable and worked to get us out quickly! Thank you Checkered Flag!!!
