My daughter bought a car for about 10K as is no warranty. We didn't realize the car had no way to get in it after locking the vehicle. She went back to the dealership and the told her she bought the car as is. We're not talking about mechanical problems; we're taking about being able to lock your car and get back in it. They told us that there was a recall on the ignition and security on the car and that when they do the update, she would get a key fob then. NOT... they just did a security update and then they locked the car and again, she could not get in the car. Making her miss work today. She goes back up to the dealer she bought the car from, and they didn't help her. I would not advise anyone to buy a car from this place. They will screw you over. More

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cherokee car dealership. They fraudulently sold me a car with a severe accident history and approved my loan without disclosing this crucial information. Days car dealership. Days later, they asked me to return the car because the bank refused to finance a vehicle with such a history. Not only did they fail to reimburse me for the expenses and fixes I had already paid for the car, but they also unhelpfully directed me to pursue the issue with the auction company they purchased the car from. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. The staff, particularly the manager Amy, were exceptionally rude and seemed more interested in meeting their quotas than ensuring customer satisfaction. Cherokee Auto Sales is a place where dishonesty prevails, and they operate as if they are out to scam customers. I strongly advise against purchasing a car from them. Please be cautious and avoid Cherokee Auto Sales at all costs to save yourself from the frustrating and unpleasant experience I endured. More

I put down $2000 for a down payment and 30 days later my car stopped working because of an electrical issue. The warranty I purchased doesn’t cover electrical issues. 3rd: the AC compressor was broken. All together I spent an additional $2500 in repairs and rentals just in 2months. I’ve been calling this company nonstop, attempting to get reimbursement but no luck. You can’t speak to the owner no nmatter how many time you ask for a call back, only Amy unhelpful self. You think since this is a used car dealership they would look over the entire car, but nope she said only the basic. I tired to hire a lawyer, but was advised once I drove off the lot, the car problem was my own. So beware of this company if your are looking into buying here. More
