I orginally wanted to buy a Nissan. I have known Hamid for a long time and I only wanted to buy a car from him. He gave me a great price and financing terms. After having a terrible experience at a Nissan dealership, Hamid provided a hassle-free and pleasurable car buying experience. Hamid and Ryan were awesome and I would refer anyone I know to them. Not the typical 'car salesmen'.

Although,we had a little glitch in the ordering,the way Allan and Jeff recovered the situation was amazing. They were honest about the mistake,took ownership and could not do enough to rectify it.

We therefore left extremely satisfied customers ready to do business with them again.They showed that we are all human,make mistakes,but it is what we do when things do not go right that really matters.

First class people and first class customer service.

My Review of Cherokee Ford Lincoln of Alpharetta:
During the 2011 Christmas holiday, our family had the privilege of helping a wonderful, deserving friend acquire a car. Suffice it to say this friend both needed and deserved our help. She desperately needed a car in order to start her new job out of state and was scheduled to start the week after Christmas. We had already visited a number of dealerships trying to find the right car for her to begin her new life and career, and were already growing weary of the traditional sales hassles and pressures.

We entered the dealership and were greeted by Alan Corbett, Sales Manager, which we found impressive in itself. After we explained to Mr. Corbett what we were trying to do, he immediately embraced our Christmas efforts and truly took a personal interest in assisting us. He went through his inventory with us, advised us which cars best fit our pricing and reliability needs and actually recommended against certain cars he felt may require more maintainence and expense after purchase. Importantly, I truly feel he gave us the best price he possibly could that was fair to both us and the dealership with an absolute minimum of effort and conversation. Shortly into the process, Mr.Corbett asked one of his salesmen, Mr. Jose Santacruz, to assist us in the test drive and ultimate purchase of the car. Mr. Corbett remained nearby to assist in any manner we needed, though Mr. Santacruz could not have been more helpful and professional.

We chose a car and called our friend and asked her to meet us at the dealership. By the time she arrived,, Mr. Corbett and Mr. Santacruz had the car washed and had put a huge red bow on the car for her to see it when she arrived. They found a Santa hat for her, put it on her head and made her close her eyes as they walked her out to see her new car. They then took pictures of her in her new vehicle with tears of joy streaming on virtually everyone's face, including theirs.

The friendliness and professionalism of Mr. Corbett and Mr. Santacruz, combined with their genuine desire to assist us in making this a wonderful Christmas for our deserving friend, only served to enhance the privilege of what we were doing. They immediately understood the situation and made the entire car buying experience the most enjoyable I have ever been a part of. I offer my personal thanks to these two gentlemen and to their entire dealership. Assuming these gentlemen are representative of the entire staff at Cherokee Ford, I recommend this dealership whole-heartedly!

For the record, our young friend is prospering in her new job and could not be happier. Thanks again Alan and Jose.

Even though I haven't pulled the trigger yet, Jack Zanone was wonderful to work with. He didn't pressure me, but gave me thoughtful advise on how to best approach buying my desired new car. I appreciate the fact that they didn't try to put a square peg in a round hole........I will be definitely buying from him soon !!!

This is a fabulous dealership. Philipp worked with me from the beginning to find out exactly want I wanted in a car. He did not try to upsell me with features I did not need. This is the first Ford I have purchased (my most recent car was a Jaguar)and I had an extremely positive experience with this dealership and with Philipp.

My Review of Cherokee Ford Lincoln of Alpharetta:
I had an amazing experience at Cherokee Ford in Alpharetta. This is the 4th Ford I have purchased in my life and they performed above and beyond any experience I have ever had in the past. The entire staff was extremely friendly from reception to finance to the detail crew. My Salesman, Don, was very knowledgeable about my Fusion and was able to tell me the ins and outs of the car. The Sales Manager, Alan, was equally as helpful and got me to the payment I desired. Financing was a breeze and even the paperwork seemed to be much more streamlined than I remember in the past. Overall, I would recommend Cherokee Ford to friends and family who are interested in buying a car. The dealership made it an exciting purchase and I am loving my new car!

Unprofessional. I went in to buy a used truck. The sales rep could not find the key, could not print a Carfax and left me sitting for 45 minutes. I finally walked out. The next day I called the general manager to discuss. I left a message and he never called me back! The worst . . .
