My vehicle has been at this repair facility for over 20 days at this point. I haven't gotten as much as an update since 2/4/2022, now 10 days later I can't get anyone to return calls to me. I have attempted to even call sales to try to get someone in service as when you call service you get the schedule person there and she does nothing but continue to transfer me to someone's voicemail "Monica" that doesn't return calls. I have also texted for updates on my car. I need a reply right away. This customer service horrible. I have been more than patient at this point but that's over. More

Stay as far away from this Jeep dealership as you can. My wife purchased a certified used 2018 compass there with 20,000 miles on it. A couple weeks later I noticed the front tires were worn down to a bit be wife purchased a certified used 2018 compass there with 20,000 miles on it. A couple weeks later I noticed the front tires were worn down to a bit below 4/32. Took it back to the dealership and they wanted nothing to do with me. Basically they said “too bad”. Once they have your money they could care less. Our salesman, Lorance was wonderful to work with and was very helpful. Our disappointment is with the management. More

This was my first car purchase (lease). Jerry helped me understand the ins and outs of leasing along with making the the decision on which Jeep to get. He also helped me find my own car insurance. Jerry Cronk was everything you'd want in a salesman. NOT pushy. gave me good information. Was extremely responsive by text and otherwise.
