The service department is the worst ever. First of all, when you call it almost always goes to voicemail. The first time I took my car I had an 8:00 appointment for regular maintenance, but I had to wait when you call it almost always goes to voicemail. I went a year or so later to get part of my headlight fixed and they ordered the wrong part at least twice. Each time they kept me waiting and I had to call to see what was going on and get some answers. Today I took the car in and was told that they would call me when they knew what was wrong, before they did any work. I called later to see if they knew anything about the car and was told "I will have to research that and will get back to you in the next 5 minutes." I waited a half hour and called back. Apparently a light bulb was out and he said they will call when it is done. It takes over 3 hours to replace a light bulb? More
