Phil and everyone else at the Chevrolet dealership in Murfreesboro were great! I was very hesitant for a long time in getting serious about my purchase because of what you hear about car salesman and how dealerships are out to get one over on you. I couldn't have been any more wrong! From the time I met with Phil until the vehicle was delivered to me, I was treated like I was THE CUSTOMER, as a matter of fact I was treated like family! Phil showed me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone. This purchase was made so easy that I will refer everyone I run into to Phil and Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Murfreesboro! Worst place to buy a car or even get your oil changed. They will scratch your car and say they did not do it. If anything goes wrong with your car they will tell you that you did it or that they do not know what is wrong with your car.

Entire internet sales department and finance person were very friendly and helpful. They did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot, so they arranged to get it for me from another location. They have followed up with us since we purchased the car. Mr. Manthey encouraged us to come back if we coulodn't figure out some of the features on the car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I hate shopping for and purchasing a new car. I don't like the hassle and double talk. We did not have any of that with this purchase. Everything was very open and up front. I would purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Our salesman Don Anders was very knowledgable and passionate about cars. He made the experience fun and enjoyable. I would recommend him to a friend or family member. The Camaro convertible we got is a work of art and really cool to drive. My wife, son and I now have to take turns on who gets to drive and my 13 year old daughter is already claiming this car for herself when she turns 16. It is hard for me to get back in our luxury SUV...

Need of a second vehicle prompted us to visit a dealer of the General Motors brand that we are loyal to. Our salesman listened to our needs & was able to show us two cars that fit our needs & guided us to what fit our financial capabilities. The service dept. prepped the vehicle & made sure it was mechanically sound. Everyone was courteous helpful & the overall experience was enjoyable. We plan to make future purchases & would refer this dealership to our friends & family.

Great Experience! Upon arrival at the dealership on May 6, I was welcomed by a warm, friendly salesman who introduced me to Tony and Bobby. I had an amazing experience in my vehicle choice. The environment was pleasant, the sales associate was friendly, informative, and pleasant. I have to rate the quality of my car buying experience excellent. I will definilely refer my friends to Chevrolet-Buick-GM-Cadillac for their car purchase.

A+ all around for the dealership and especially Mr. Phil Tilley....I saw the award sitting on his desk proclaiming him as the "Salesman of the Month" for the previous month. Now I know why. Friendly but not fake. Knowledgable but not a "know-it-all". Honest without boosting about it. He was a delight to work with.....an even apologized when he needed to come back and tell us that the vehicle actually "did have" a feature that he did not think was included. Great guy....a truly valuable employee for the dealership. I will most definitely recommend both him and the dealership.
