I came into your store after going to Jet Chevy in Federal Way because I prefer a Chevy but they did not have what I was looking for. When I walked into your store everyone seemed friendly and Victor was to be my salesperson...he was very nice, I told him I was looking for a small truck and I only had $6000 to $8000 to spend and that I needed the truck yesterday.....he showed me all that he had but there was not a small truck in my my price range.....I thanked him for his effort and kept his card. I went down the street and found a 1998 Ford Ranger that fit my needs. While I was test driving the truck Victor had already called Koruam to try to find one for me. To me he was totally "on the ball". I will go back to Friendly Chevy when I buy another auto and I will ask for Victor, I believe he is not only a good person but a valuable employee for your company. Being a single woman, buying a truck for a large company was a dreaded chore, I know little or nothing about trucks and just buying a car is stressful, but I was very comfortable with Victor. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a auto. More
