Went for my regular maintence service: oil change and tire rotation. I was told waiting hours is between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was directed to stay at the waiting area. My advisor gave me brief explanation of the service because it was only oil change and tire rotation. She went with me to the cashier and asked me if I have any questions. Told her that I understand what she told me.. I went around my truck to checked if everything is okay and I didn’t see any problem. More
