BUYER BEWARE! !! I bought a brand new truck and they didn't install alarm right and alarm goes off when you open door (I go to work at 5am) made first service ap !! I bought a brand new truck and they didn't install alarm right and alarm goes off when you open door (I go to work at 5am) made first service appt and they said 2.5 hours with appt...B/S... and I would have to bring truck back to look at repairs and again to have fixed (dealer is 1.5 hrs. away) NOT GOOD....I went to George Chevrolet where they serviced my truck without an appt and fixed my steering column which had falling off and said I have to go to Montebello to service alarm because it wasn't installed properly...called management and no reply all the way to gm Peter Fiche. you cant leave a MESSAGE FOR ANYONE all boxes are full even when you call KARR security. now I'm stuck with a 70k truck that I cant have fixed and the alarm goes off every morning when I leave to work! ..........BAD DEALER STAY AWAY................. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. That said, there were some problems with my new vehicle purchase - pretty simple fixes, but it required two trips back to the dealership an helpful. That said, there were some problems with my new vehicle purchase - pretty simple fixes, but it required two trips back to the dealership and 9 hours waiting to get it sorted. As I mentioned, the staff was very nice, but they didn't seem trained or empowered to resolve the situation efficiently. More
