Excellent service in the certified pre-owned Acura department. Sam took me to test drive an Acura RDX 2024 with low mileage and answered my many questions. In the end I wanted the car but preferred a department. Sam took me to test drive an Acura RDX 2024 with low mileage and answered my many questions. In the end I wanted the car but preferred a lighter color. To my surprise they found me a carbon liquid meteorite color with low mileage about to arrive on the lot. Deceptive marketing, heavy scammer vibes. I was in contact with Michael Dadson to purchase a 2022 BMW X7 that was traded in at this dealer. Everything was great. The communication was great, I was in contact with Michael Dadson to purchase a 2022 BMW X7 that was traded in at this dealer. Everything was great. The communication was great, the price was right UNTIL it came to the actual deal. Michael added on a non negotiable Smartshield fee to the tune of $1295. So really the car was 59k+ when it was listed at 58k. Next time the car should be listed at $59.3K since that’s the true price. So buyer beware, every car is probably $2000 more when you add the Smartshield charge plus doc fee and other costs. You can see the picture I attached. More
