This was the smoothest buying experience we have ever had when it comes to buying a car. The information on the website was very complete including a large number of photos of the car. Even a small scratch on the driver's door was called out and photographed. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mark and then shown the car -- which was exactly as advertised. Mark told us in advance that the car had been serviced and that several mechanical repairs were done. Mark readily shared with us the invoice for those repairs. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and we had a chance to watch a few minutes of Gold Finger while we waited. The owner's manual and navigation disk were missing from the car but Mark obtained these items and sent them to us just as he promised he would. Car buying is not always pleasant, but purchasing this car was a very enjoyable experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about Chicago Cars Direct. They were very easy to work with. There was no high pressure sales pitch, and they were very knowledgeable about their inventory. This was the second purchase I've made from them and I would highly recommend visiting them for a good used vehicle.

From the intial response from an email I left to the delivery of the car I was very impressed. They are very prompt with communication and follow up! The funny thing I was not even going to that dealer first....I had my eye on another car someplace else. After talking to Mark on the phone I felt very comfortable and that I could trust the transaction with him. So I went there first and purchased the car that I was't going to buy. Funny how things work out but I am comfortable with them and know that I will refer others to them. The presentation of the cars was extremly nice and the indoor climate controlled showroom is phenomonal.

The Audi I purchased I couldn't be happier with. It is all they said and more. I highly recommend checking them out before buying elsewhere!!

In a simple phrase... They are a professional class act.

I purchased a 2010 Mercedes S550 from them on February 2, 2013. The week prior to my purchase I flew up to Chicago where I was greeted by Christine Clarke who brokered the deal. She allowed me to actually go on a real test drive without any pressure.

This being my 5th S-Class purchase over the years, I knew exactly what I was looking for.

My best car buying experience ever! They expedited vehicle preparation for me to visit during a short window. The car was exactly as described on their website. I had a hassle free trade in, and drove home my new Porsche within an hour. Best of all, I had a service light come on when I got home and they offered to pay for a certified dealer to fix the issue (without any contract obligation)! Now that is customer service! I will look here first for any future car needs, you should too!
