I'm a very skeptical person but the best part of my experience was Adam Olmstead in sales, he is very trustable. Adam gained my full trust when he insured me that his company does not sell lemons and want buyers to be happy. I told Adam that I only had one week to buy the Hummer before going out of town on vacation. How much better can it get when your sales person finish all the paperwork and have a vehicle shipped from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to Grand Rapids, Michigan in less than 5 days. When I explained what I was looking for they didn't press me to buy something else, showed me the best cars in my range, and didn't argue about anything. I think one of the best things, however, was the fact that they are very upfront about any problems the used cars have. They have a printed report for each car explaining exactly what certain problems they found are, some of them even if it was a minor issue that they happened to notice but doesn't seriously affect the drivability of the car. I was happy with my purchase there, and feel I got a fair deal even for the low amount of money I had to spend. More

He didn't wonder off to work with other customers, but stayed with me through the whole process. I am amazed at how swiftly and smoothly the process went to get the paper work done and become the owner of a very nice vehicle. I have always been somewhat suspicious of car dealers and sales persons, but this has been the best experience I have had. From Adam through the sales managers and even to the service managers I found nothing but friendly people who wanted to serve you and get the biggest bang for your buck. I will definately be back for my next car and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I found a few cars I wanted to check out in Chippewa Falls so I sent them an email and told them I'd be stopping by to see a CX-7 they had. They emailed and called me to see what I had in mind within a few hours of my email. I went to the dealer and met with Chris Grambsch who gave me the rundown on their available cars in my price range, he got my options narrowed down with me pretty quickly and the first car we test drove I really liked. He was knowledgeable of both vehicles I was interested in and even knew the previous owner of the vehicle I was looking at. He gave me plenty of information and I got all of the answers I needed. I wasn't planning on trading in since my car was in pretty poor shape, but they walked me through all of the details of the trade-in and what they offered and why. I did my research beforehand and it lined up with what KBB listed as well. Overall the entire team that I dealt with seemed very competent and they were not only helpful but they knew what they were talking about, but were very friendly in the process. I came out with a different car than I had in mind - one that was cheaper and better suited to my needs - which I am grateful for. More

After doing some research online we found the exact SUV we were looking for, A 2006 GMC Envoy Denali, all-wheel drive, with low mileage and leather seats. It was a little bit of a drive but with our luck in our area we decided to take a shot. When we arrived we were greeted by Bob Foy who showed us the Envoy, let us know up front what needed to be fixed, and ensured us he would make sure it got fixed free of charge. They held their word and now we are proud owners of this awesome vehicle. Not only was there no pressure at any time but also honesty from the start. He made it his mission to make sure we left there with a vehicle that would be safe for our new born to ride in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my family members and friends and will be coming here for any vehicles we may buy in the future. More
