Everyone is very nice here, every time I visit it is the same. The oil change and tire rotation took less than 30 minutes and I got a text video from the service technician showing what was wrong with one o same. I recently had a frustrating experience with this dealership, primarily due to poor communication and an inefficient service appointment scheduling process. The website suggests that scheduling an appointment online is quick and easy, but in reality, this feature only works for basic services. For anything beyond that, you have to call—only to be redirected to someone outside of the service department and, in some cases, even outside of the dealership entirely. While they were able to book my appointment, the representative could not provide any meaningful information or answer any of my questions, which was extremely frustrating. I then attempted to reach out through the "Contact Service" form on their website to get clarification from someone within the service department, but despite submitting two inquiries, I received no response. Additionally, I tried emailing two service advisors directly, only to be ignored. The lack of communication continued throughout the repair process. I had traveled two hours to bring my car in for an overnight repair, and naturally, I needed everything to go smoothly. When I checked the online status link the following day, it showed no progress, causing understandable concern. I called the service department to inquire, only to be redirected to yet another unhelpful representative. While they did eventually send a message to the service team, this only delayed things further. It turns out that my car was being worked on, but the status link was inaccurate, which only added to my frustration. The delays didn't end there. I had been told by my service advisor that they would reach out to me with a confirmed pickup time around noon, but I ended up hearing from them an hour and half later than expected. As I am not local to Eau Claire, this disruption made it difficult to plan my travel. To make matters worse, when I arrived, the service advisor I had been working with wasn’t available, and the replacement representative had no knowledge of the details of my repair. They also couldn’t answer any of my lingering questions. While the technicians did a great job on the repair itself, the overall service experience was far more difficult and stressful than it should have been. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve their communication and scheduling process, as it truly detracted from what could have been a positive experience. More
