I could not be more impressed with Chippewa Valley Mazda! From their expertise, friendliness, communication and professionalism; they go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. I honestly wish that you could train other dealerships! I originally scheduled an appt for my 2024 Mazda CX90 at Dahl in LaX. There is nothing, NOTHING good I have to say about that experience. More details in my review on THEIR site. Anyway, Dahl is less than 5 miles from my office. I choose to drive an hour to CVM from my home instead, because I trust them to do what is needed, with respect, honesty and integrity. Heather always checks in with me as my vehicle is being diagnosed/worked on; and she does so with a smile and positive energy. The icing? The mechanic sends a VIDEO of my actual vehicle, complete with a narration of what was inspected and completed with my vehicle that day. FABULOUS! Keep doing what you are doing. You all have it dialed in! More

Our past experiences have been nothing but good, both buying and getting service. I'm not sure what has changed but, We had a terrible experience working with the service department. From items being add buying and getting service. I'm not sure what has changed but, We had a terrible experience working with the service department. From items being added to our service that we did not authorize, to being double charged for an alignment that should have been included under our service contract. We will not be coming back or recommending friends and family anymore. More
