I put up a review a while back and although it was not quick there was an attempt from Darrin at Christopher Dodge to help with a resolution. He wanted to try and make a bad deal a little better. Dodge stepped up and covered the cost of a used transmission i purchased and labor i payed out for repairs on the truck i purchased from Christopher Dodge even though i did not go through the procedures they require on their warranty understanding i knew nothing of it. Darrin offered a resolution for the inconvenience which was about the amount not covered that we had to pay out overall with the transmission issue. He said it was more then if i was to cancel the extended warranty since it was to expire soon. I know they did not have to do anything and expected nothing from the dealership and only hoped Dodge would help and they both did. It took alot of work on my own but it was worth it. Might still be out the money on the extended warranty we did not need but combined they covered what went wrong.
