Great experience. I dealt with Chris Holovack on ordering a new RAM 1500. I used the online in stock search and couldn't find a truck within a 200 mile radius that had the options that I wanted--wi ordering a new RAM 1500. Chris looked for one in stock everywhere and even through those that were in the pipeline. When he had the same luck I did, he offered to order what I wanted. I was in no great hurry and once ordered, it took less than a month to be delivered to the dealership. Paperwork was streamlined (although quite a bit of it) and took less than an hour to complete. I was looking to replace my 2003 Dodge Dakota, totaled in an accident(I really liked that truck). Went online to Dodge.com to put together a Ram 1500 truck. I stopped by Lee Chrysler in Crestview to look at body colors on the vehicle themselves vs. a picture online. I talked to sales rep. Grant Dugre about putting a new 2012 Ram together and he was very interested in what I wanted and we sat down at the computer to check on some options and verify that I had all the items I wanted and the quoted price. We went on the lot to check on some vehicles that fix my budget and options. There was no sales pressure from anyone at Lee Chrysler, which is a change from dealings with several car dealerships in the past. Grant allowed me to test drive a Ram 1500 with the Hemi in it, which I was completely impress with. After some soul searching and some more time to figure out what I wanted to do, Grant and I sat down again and worked out a deal that I really couldn't refuse. So now I'm driving a new Dodge Ram 1500 with all my options and then some in a shorter time span then I thought I would be.
