On June 14th 2022 I took my 2006 Chrysler 300 Hemi to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs for service. Two days later on June 16th 2022 i received a text from Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs for service. Two days later on June 16th 2022 i received a text from Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) telling me that based on his Master Mechanic MANNY my car needed to have 3 items replaced. 1) Fuel Level Sender Unit 2) Gas Pump 3) Gas Tank and Seals and that the fee to repair would be $2750.00 plus tax. He explained this total, reflected a 20% discount they advertised on their website. The receipt does not show i received a 20% discount. After 5 weeks on July 19th when i went to get car up from Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) walks me out to where my car hands me the keys without providing me with a receipt. When i requested one i was told that their receipts are sent to a different location in New Jersey and that in order to get it i would have to wait more than ONE HOUR AND A HALF which i could not believe!!! He proceeded to tell me not to worry and that he would email it to me later. When he sent email with receipt 4 hours later after i called again to request it, i noticed that Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) added other services. We did not discuss any of them and i did not authorized them. The receipt he emailed me was for a total of $3,680. Receipt does not show the gas pump at all which was one of the 3 main services they needed to complete. They overcharged me and did not complete the 3 services we had agreed upon. I tried multiple times to get in contact with DOMINICK BAGLIONE (SERVICE MANAGER) and Service Advisor 5272 LOCHAN LATCHMAN (RAJ) to get my receipt and charges corrected and they simply just do not return any of my calls or messages. They were dishonest and engaging in illegal business practices by over charging customers. CROOKS-STAY AWAY More

I never write reviews but I need to warn people about this dealership. The service department are scammers. They kept my vehicle for 30 days and then sent me a bill for $8,500 in storage fees. They "CLAIMED" the vehicle was fixed an waiting for me. I brought it in for a transmission under WARRANTY. They said it only needed spark plugs and after an hour of negotiating with DOM the service manager telling me that he was going to tow it and impound it, He agreed to take $1400 CASH. So with no other options, I picked it up and did not make it 5 miles from the dealership when the transmission would not shift. Turns out, that they lied and did not fix anything. These guys have a great scam going on. As per all the negative reviews, they are not good people. More
I found Jay and Dominick great to work with for my Durango. They were helpful and reasonable and they explained my issues thoroughly for me. Can anyone please explain to me how I was charged 2100. by a service advisor Raj before a diagnostic was run on car?! Before a mechanic was able to look under the hood?!. My check engine light was on, took it to an AutoZone for a free fix finder diagnostic & it read Thermostat! Apparently, Jeep doesn’t honor 3rd party test results, Well how come Jeep never ran a diagnostic themselves. Manny, the machanic tells me , he can change the thermostat on the outside! Why not properly & morally change it at the service center!! He then continues to inform me that Raj is wanted for fraud and he’s on the run, no longer with Jeep and that Dominick is a liar! In which I can agree More

I was told it would be done within 1-2 hours.
