His knowledge of Jeeps far surpasses any other service manager I have ever worked with for various cars that I own. Brought my Jeep in for a shifting issue and also engine light. His Team carefully diagnosed the problems and resolved all to my highest expectations. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service and with Dominick Baglione in general. He is fantastic! I highly recommend this service department for any of your Jeep needs. More

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the Chrysler dealership at Englewood Cliffs. The collision person brought my vehicle in for repairs as it can only be done at the dealership, and what en Chrysler dealership at Englewood Cliffs. The collision person brought my vehicle in for repairs as it can only be done at the dealership, and what ensued was a four-month ordeal of frustration, unfulfilled promises, and unnecessary charges. The repair manager was Mr Baglione. The car was moved to the dealership on July 6th 2023 and they kept telling me that the parts were back order until Sept 20th and all of a sudden everything got changed and Baglione claimed that everything was fixed as of July 16th and insurance did not approve the suppliments and now they are charging the insurance with a storage fee for an unfixed vehicle.Insurance denied the claim for storage, and I had to get consumer protection involved to get the car out of the facility. They kept the car for 4 1/2 months. Finally moved to Yonkers, and the car was fixed within 6 weeks. The delay was due to updates that were not done in the past 4.5 months, and batteries got dead. So beware of the facility, and especially the service manager. This was a lesson for both me and the collision person. Never go to this dealership for anything. Such fraud that they want to get the money from insurance. More
Ive got a lease here in 2021. The sales person were awesome until I closed the deal. After that. I try calling and leaving messages. Never returned. Service is horrible. 3 times I came by never waited less than 6 hours. ( the couple hours they say when you ask how long is it gonna take is a lie ). Even for the most simple service. I made an appointment. And got an email confirming. When I arrived they said I had no appointment. That o should speak with them directly not the call center. Try some place else. I would give zero star for this. Never ever coming back. More

You will be robbed of your time, money, and possibly car parts. I made an appointment and went in with a code for Cam Position Sensor with all symptoms pointing to that. After two days and hours on hold, I was put in touch with an unintelligible tech who made absolutely no sense, except for saying "I spent enough time with it." OK. Had to go in person to talk to the service adviser, Raj, who told me my 5.7 needed extensive engine work, including cam shaft and cylinder head. (He wouldn't listen to the fact that it ran great the night before the cam position code.) According to him, this is what was proscribed by Mopar and he ordered the parts. After almost two weeks, I called Mopar vehicle care and no claim was ever filed. Went in the next morn and had my vehicle towed all the way to the Tasca CDRJ in White Plains where I bought it. Within a day she's purring like a kitten. Of course, it was the cam position sensor. Mechanics at Tasca were shaking their heads about the diagnoses and behavior in Englewood Cliffs. I'm not sure what shady stuff is going on there but, believe me, you don't want to find out. Stay far away. You've been warned. More

Truck in for routine oil change and a noise, picked it up vehicle still having noise brought it back with useless Raj (service advisor), didn’t hear anything for a week, left 6 voicemails finally waited almost 45 mins to hear that they are waiting on parts I was told I could communicate through text 3 weeks passed calling the dealership no answer on status left message with service manager Dominick ( a kid that still lives with his mom) is now a “Manager” never responded called me back or anything, not even a courtesy wash was given an apology nothing just an attitude at pick up because I left a truthful review.. the owner of this dealership should have more pride than to allow these types of people representing his business, there’s over 40 bad reviews all about service all over sites.. Classic pandemic employees bottom of the barrel to fill in positions.. More
