Trailor hitch on 2016 Explorer The purpose of my visit with Ciocca Ford Service of Quakertown was to have a hitch installed on my new 2016 Explorer. I chose to have a Ford designed The purpose of my visit with Ciocca Ford Service of Quakertown was to have a hitch installed on my new 2016 Explorer. I chose to have a Ford designed hitch installed rather than a hitch from a rental company so that it would complement the overall design of the Explorer and not look like an after thought add on. You would not know that there is a hitch installed on the vehicle as it is located behind an easily removed panel in the rear bumper. The workmanship installing the hitch was outstanding. Before I left the Service Department, Michael Kardane, Assistant Service Manager, and the technician made sure that I knew how to access the hitch and install the trailer ball. I have been a Ford customer for decades and this was a first for me. I highly recommend this group if you need similar work done on your vehicle. More

Unscheduled Service It was 330 on a Saturday and I heard a flapping noise coming from my F150...I easily saw a large rounded bolt head directly in the middle of my left f It was 330 on a Saturday and I heard a flapping noise coming from my F150...I easily saw a large rounded bolt head directly in the middle of my left front tire tread. I showed up, unannounced, and requested an evaluation for a patch. They eagerly checked me in and advised that it could be patched in the area of the bolt puncture and gave me an estimated time of repair and costs. While I was there, I decided to schedule my 20k mile oil change and check up for the coming week. Just 5 minutes later they came back to the waiting room and said the tire is patched and they still have time if I wanted them to just do the oil change now. I accepted offer and was able to be on my way just after 4 with not just my tire patched but my oil change complete (and off my schedule of to dos for the coming week). Excellent service, over and beyond! More

Confidence in others, Impressed . . . Was never one to to deal with people working on my vehicles for 30+ years. Recently acquired a used 2010 CVPI. Expected it would need some TLC but it Was never one to to deal with people working on my vehicles for 30+ years. Recently acquired a used 2010 CVPI. Expected it would need some TLC but it was nightmare "electrical". I have never owned a Ford that ever needed anything more than basic electrical repairs; bulbs, switches etc. Gave in and scheduled a service appointment. The staff that I spoke to, met and the technicians all were cordial, professional and a pleasure to deal with. My service and repairs were completed quicker then I anticipated and under budget, For what is probably my second time having someone else working on my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with my experience! More

Paul Wehner from Service is always there answering any questions I have and making sure my car stays in the best condition possible. The 'report card' I get after every service keeps me informed and helps me to prepare for future maintenance that may be required.
