I’m giving a rating of very poor because of the treatment I received after purchasing my car. I purchased a Honda civic si after much negotiation. Part of the deal was that the dealer would cover the cost of I received after purchasing my car. I purchased a Honda civic si after much negotiation. Part of the deal was that the dealer would cover the cost of installing an XM radio tuner, as the car did not come with this option. When I picked up my car I was dismayed to discover that the technician who installed the XM system mounted the antenna on the top right corner of the interior side of the windshield. This is not only unsafe but it is such an eye sore and has completely ruined my new car experience. I now have to pay over 100 dollars in order to get this antenna properly mounted. I will absolutely not be recommending Ciocca to friends and family. More

The salesmen and the financial management dept were very eager to make this a stressfree activity and did not pressure me in the least. They answered all of my questions,were extremely friendly,gave me a great deal both times, and made certain I understood all aspects of the vehicle before leaving the dealership. They showed a great deal of respect towards me and the decision process I was going through. Both times,I was emailed and phoned to see if the CRV was working properly and if I was pleased with it and the treatment I received from Ciocca. During the year, I also received emails to remind me of scheduled maintenances and just to check in on the vehicle and my experience with it. I also used the service department for the scheduled maintenance appointments and was thoroughly pleased with the service I received.......easy to schedule an appointment, did not have to wait long as the CRV was taken into the service area immediately upon arriving,very efficient, and very friendly. I was treated as a very valued customer. I would highly recommend Ciocca Honda and will return there for my next vehicle in the future. More

I requested internet prices for a Honda Odyssey from several dealers. Although Ciocca Honda is about 65 miles from my home, their quote was the best, and since I already knew the factory invoice price, several dealers. Extremely pleased with all aspects of Ciocca Honda, from sales to service. Traded in my 2005 Pilot (purchased at Ciocca) for a 2011 Pilot.
