The sales floor is impressive and the service area is impeccable. There’s a play area for children which is a nice touch and the customer waiting area is well appointed. My sales associate, Eddie Abarca, was awesome, attentive and amazingly knowledgeable about Subaru’s. This location did not have any of my color choices in stock and Eddie coordinated with the powers-that-be and had a Crimson Red Forester shipped from another Ciocca Subaru dealership 😀 After all the paperwork was signed, Eddie walked me thru EVERY feature of the Subaru Forester like a Pro. Back to the signing of documents: The dealership uses a super-large easy-to-read screen and there are a dozen or so packages you can add to your deal. It’s A LOT of information, so you may want to review the various packages prior to signing your docs. Before signing, I asked for a paper copy of the retail installment sale contract which contained the sales price, the sales tax, my down payment, etc. This made it easier to track how the numbers were adding up. Shout out to my Dad who taught me how to add & subtract. Last but not least: the 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid is amazing. It handles well, has great pickup, the seats are comfortable, the back seats are spacious and the driver assist features are spectacular. In sum: Sales Associate: AWESOME!
