Dealerships usually have a reputation of not always having the best interest of the customer. This is not the experience that I have had with Ciocca Subaru in Philadelphia. I had a major problem with the engine of my 2011 Forester. Mathew gave me excellent service and communicated with a family friend about the suggested repairs to give me reassurance about the cost of estimated repairs which was a big cost for me (4K+). I was also able to have a loaner to minimize my inconvenience. Vince King was instrumental in getting me into the loaner with a full introduction to the model. Upon picking up my car Mathew took the time to review my invoice and answer all of my questions which made the expenditure a bit more palatable. I expect that I will continue to use I Ciocca Subaru in Philadelphia for the life of my vehicle. More
