This dealership is a dump!They sold a car to my son and daughter in law and they have had nothing but problems with it.These men promised to fix what was wrong with the car and then said they couldn't and daughter in law and they have had nothing but problems with it.These men promised to fix what was wrong with the car and then said they couldn't and they needed to use the warrenty that covers nothing at all and is a waste money!Dillan is the biggest ls the biggest liar in the place and the owner I have no words that are bad enough to describe him.They told the kids one price for the car and the price has been changed 3 times do not go to this lot!Ihope you listen to all the bad reveiws because they are all true! I have read the other reviews and I do not agree with them. My husband and I bought a Hummer H2 from them. They were the most polite salesperosns. I see this place has more bad reviews than good. I'm not sure why the planets all aligned for me, but they sure did. It had one known problem, which Jim promised to fix before we took delivery... and he did exactly that. No delays, no worming out of it, no bait-and-switch. What's more is I discovered another (minor) issue a few hours AFTER I took delivery, and Jim immediately SENT A GUY TO MY HOUSE to fix the issue, no questions asked. So... like I said, I know this flies right in the face of previous reviews, but I simply can't say strongly enough how pleased I am with how this all went down. I've had a mechanic assess the entire bus, before AND after delivery, and it's everything it should be and more. A very fair price, and a very solid vehicle. And before you think maybe this is just somebody who works for C.C.E. posting their own review to boost the ratings... it's not. I'll even tell you how to contact me to verify this. In August 2011 my husband bought a Chevy Impala (2004) through Circle City Enterprises in Indianapolis, Indiana. He made a $500 cash down payment. He was told he would have to pay $419 a month. He also was told he would pay his insurance along with his payment each month. Also--he was told he had a warranty that would cover everything but diagnostics. Within a few days of buying the car, we noticed the transmission was jerking. Also the power steering was whining. He called Chino at Circle City and Chino said you have a warranty--use it. My husband told him it was pretty early in the game to have this many problems with a car. We had just paid $500 and didn't have more money for diagnostics and upfront car rental costs to get to work. Within a few weeks the car wouldn't start. It would lock us out for about an hour. We were stranded all kinds of places. Even jumper cables wouldn't start the car. I called Chino and asked if they "turned our car off" for non-payment?? We weren't even due yet for a payment. The car eventually started but would do it again 2-3 times a week. This is not covered under warranty. In fact, nothing is covered under this so-called warranty. In December, we informed Chino that we had bad wheel bearings and mechanic family members said we needed to take it back to where we got it from. We dropped the car off in Indianapolis at Circle City again. They gave us a loaner car. We gave them a list that said that the transmission, wheel bearings, power steering, rear defrost, and security light needed worked on. Our car was in Indianapolis for a month and when we picked it up we barely made it back down 69 North. The transmission still slipped and it jerked worst than ever and could barely keep it on the road. We couldn't go over 55 MPH. But prior to picking up the car we were told by Chino we owed $400 to pick it up. We asked why?? He said that's how much it was but couldn't tell us what was fixed. My husband said keep it and Chino said alright then, just come get it!! Since then we've paid for diagnostics and found out we need a security system sensor which is $300 and the warranty company won't pay. My husband said he wants a new car and they won't return our calls. Every month we were told to pay a different amount from $496 to $510 to $517.95 and drove uninsured for two months!! We can't get a good rate on an insurance policy because we didn't have continuous coverage. Our insurance was through a Latino Company out of Fort Wayne that speaks no english and has a Magic Jack phone. I had to use a translator to find out they weren't paying our insurance according to their print outs and our bank statements. We also had to pay a bi-lingual lawyer to give us advice. We haven't been able to get anywhere or get anyone to help us. So, my personal goal is to now make sure that no one else buys a car from there. I am making is a JOB to put the word out there through the World Wide Web and Social Media. More

Me and my husband went in gave them a $2000 downpayment, signed our contract, purchased an insurance policy and drove off with the vehicle, 17 days later while me and my family were attending church, we came out of church when the service was over and the vehicle was gone, when I called Brandon to see what had happened, he pretended as if he had no idea that they came and got the truck, they came and got the vehicle, said financing was not approved, they will not give me my $2000 downpayment back, they have their vehicle back and I am still without a car or my $2000, they laugh at you, they are rude and they will not return phone calls, they will not tell me who the owner is, when I asked they told me I don't need to know his name, and then I asked when he would be in they said he only comes in once an month, I told them I was going to sue them, they basically laughed in my face, I asked them did they have any plans at all on giving my back, Ron said, "um no, didn't you file a complaint with the BBB? then you should wait to see what happens" and they have not allowed me to get my belongings out of the vehicle, I have file complaints with BBB and Attorney General. please do not go there to buy a vehicle they take avantage of people with troubled credit and steal your money and leave you upside down. I spoke with somebody who I found out later was not even a sales persn there. He worked for them just not on the lot I guess. He was very helpful and new what he was talking about. Circle City Enterprise has put me in two vehicles that were very dangerous to drive. One I had to give back after 30 days of driving it and the other I am getting ready to give back.
