I really enjoy the sync feature and the rear view camera along with the side air bags. Ford has come along way. The dealership also did a great job with everything.

Charity and Brian went above and beyond to take care of my needs, I will definitely be back to purchase again!! this is my second car from them and buy far the best car purchasing service that I have ever received. They make you fell like you are most important customer to them! they answered all my question and were fully detailed in letting me know about my new Kia Optima and all of the options that it has. My Review Of Citrus Motors Ford and Kia:

A MILLION TIMES WOULD RECOMMEND COVINA KIA!!! I BOUGHT 2013 FORTE AFTER THIS INCIDDENT (WHILE THIS KIA WASNT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING) ASK FOR HUGO.

Customer service since the moment i walked in the sales person that saw us in the lot didnt seem so interested in selling a car. After getting a preapproved bank with CarMax i decided to stop at this dealer to compare prices on a same Used Kia Optima 2012. Long story short i decided to go with the dealer after General Manager Brian, Speaking with Dustin, had said they would give me a loWer interest rate. After about 8days I recieved a letter from financing bank saying they couldnt finance me for 21,000 but they could do 20,000. I HAD TO CALL THEM AND FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. TWO DAYS AFTERWARD I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR. THEY RAN MY CREDIT WITH ABOUT 18 DIFFERENT BANKS AND WERE NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING!!!!! WORST THING WAS THAT WHEN I WENT TO RETURN IT, COMPARED TO WHEN I WAS BUYING THE CAR AND PEOPLE OFFERING US WATER, THIS TIME THEY DIDNT EVEN GREET US AND I HAD TO LOOK FOR WHOM I NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH.

AND TO TOP IT OFF. BY ACCIDENT I LEFT ITEMS IN THE CAR FOR CHRISTMAS, A NEW TOY AND A RECIEPT THAT HAD A GIFT CARD NUMBER WORTH $100 INSIDE. NO ONE CALLED TO SAY IF I WANTED THE ITEMS, I HAD TO CALL. I SAID I WOULD PICK IT UP BY THE TIME I DID THEY HAD ME GOING FROM FORD TO KIA DEALER, AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH DUSTIN I WASNT ABLE TO AND WHEN HE FINALLY CAME OUT OF HIS OFFICE AND I SAw HIM, HE WALKED OUT THE OTHER WAY AND WASNT ABLE TO TALK TO HIM AT ALL. !!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEMS. WOULDNT RECOMMEND, BECUASE MAYBE WHILE THEY GET YOU YOUR CAR YOULL RECIEVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ONCE YOUR GONE THEYLL FORGET WHO YOU WERE.

I would like to address you concern about items left in vehicle. When you returned your vehicle to Citrus Motors no items were found at that time.
We are sorry that you had difficulty obtaining a loan but we can only go by what you the customer gave us as information to give to the banks. If it is incorrect then unfortunately cars must get returned.
I am happy that Hugo & Jerry our former employees of Citrus Motors were able to get you into a 2012 Optima! That is very exciting and I hope that you are as excited to have a new car too!

My experience with Citrus Motors was great! They really are true to their word about putting no pressure on you. They really helped me find what I was looking for and the entire staff was very nice and worked with me. Not once did I get the typical salesman approach. Most of all it was fun, buying a car takes hours and I didn't feel like I was there long because the staff made the experience fun. Thank you Citrus Motor for a great deal!

My Review Of Citrus Motors Ford and Kia:

My daughter wanted to trade her 2005 Toyota Corolla for something equal or better. We had looked at the new 2012 Corollas and the Hyundai Elantra and knew what she could afford. Thought we'd give Ford Focus a try, being the three vehicles are close in price and value. On Aug 5 2012 we went to Citrus Ford and was greeted by a salesman who did not introduce himself, I made the statement to my daughter he didn't even state his name or even asked ours. He started to ask what we were looking for, my daughter told him she was looking at the Focus. After he made a wisecrack remark about an option she want he proceeded to look for cars that he thought she should buy. Even though the vehicle she wanted was not on the lot I asked for a test drive, still no names had been exchanged. He opened a Focus Titanium, he got behind the driver's seat and was showing her all the equipment, he started driving the car thought the lot, showing how the car can back up and park on it's own. He started out the lot I asked about the warranty, he made the statement that nothing in life is free, not happy at this point, he now is driving about three blocks (still has not introduced himself) finally I asked if my daughter was going to have a chance to test drive the car, another sarcastic remark was made to me. He pulled over so she could drive, liking the car we wanted to see what was being offered. Out of ear shot I told my daughter I did not like this guy, that he was very condescending. The salesman sat us down at a table and said I don't think I introduced myself, I said no you didn't and was wondering when you were going to do that. Now I have a name, his name is SEAN. Again I asked about the warranty on the vehicle again was told nothing in life is free. I told him he said that already and to give me a straight answer not the run around, he now pulls out the brochure for the extended warranties. At this point I'm getting upset and said I want to know what the Manufacturer's warranty not the ones you are trying to push off on me. He states 36 months or 75000 miles which is wrong, its 36 months or 60000. Now he starts to draw happy faces on a piece of paper, one sad and one happy stating they want their customers with a happy faces. I had enough and was very upset. I told my daughter, in front of him, that I was done and not dealing with this jerk. That I would not be talked to in a condescending matter and disrespected like that. I would go elsewhere. I got my paperwork together and started out the door. The manager stopped me in the lot and asked what happened and if I would give them another chance with someone else, after awhile I said ok and dealt with Ken, he was very nice, answered all my questions and gave me pricing on the car we were looking for, I like what he found for us. Too bad Ken didn't work with us first. Because of the first salesman, Sean, Citrus Ford lost a sale, On Aug 6 we went to Hemborg Ford in Norco, found the car we were looking for and had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Hugh Rist and Michael Pawley the Finance Manager. They will get a great review from me.
My advice to you, don't deal with salespeople who are disrespectful and condescending go elsewhere.

Josh had no idea what he was doing and Shawn was rude. Since when does a car cost 10,000.00 more with the fees? Shawn treated us like we were stupid. We left and happily bought a car an hour later from another dealer. This is the second time we have visited Citrus and been completely unhappy both times, there won't be a 3rd.

My Review Of Citrus Motors Ford and Kia:

I really enjoyed working with the staff of Citrus Motors and especially David Meschon and George Cole. I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus in May of 2011 and liked working with David, George and the rest of the dealership staff so much I went back to purchase my Ford F-150 in March 2012. It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. They were very informative and helpful through the entire process.

Betty and Don were great on the phone so that got me to go in and then I met JJ. Just an incredible guy! very honest , friendly, and no pressure what so ever. Most of al I enjoyed myself . I actually had a great time with everyone there. It was a great experience and i came back and bought the car from JJ. I will send everyoe I can to JJ.

Everyone I worked with really cared to make sure we were happy and got the car we wanted with a great deal! We came all the way from Valencia because Betty really made me feel comfortable and important while discussing our deal over e-mail and the phone.
