We weren't in the market for a new vehicle at the time, but our current commuter car broke down and wasn't worth fixing. We spoke with Andy at Highland VW and he assured us that he would do everything he could to help us out and make this a smooth process, also reassuring us that we didn't need to worry. Andy was very knowledgeable about the different models and worked with me to find the perfect car to suit my needs and took care of trading our broken down car. The finance manager Joe Embro made that process the smoothest I have ever had at any dealer. I have purchased 8 cars from different dealers over the past 11 years and I have never walked out with exactly what I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay. Usually there is always the element of surprise with the payment, and for the first time that was not the case. These people are EXCELLENT and really care about customer service. I couldn't be happier with my new Jetta SE and Highland VW, and salesperson Andy McQuiston and Finance MGR Joe Embro. I will be a loyal Highland VW customer for life now and we are already planning our next VW purchase! More

I purchased my 2013 VW Jetta in October. It is the 6th VW that my husband and I have owned. I want to say that my salesperson Andy McQuiston was wonderful to work with. Even though some of the damage was not covered under warranty the service department fixed my bumper free of charge.
