This is the dealership I bought my 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport at. Mike Pazda was great to work with on my purchase. This is my second coolant issue, The first was a year ago and they replaced my water pum Sport at. Mike Pazda was great to work with on my purchase. This is my second coolant issue, The first was a year ago and they replaced my water pump that failed. The service done this round took some time and they did not provide a loaner, either because they were all out or they didn't have enough. That was frustrating. I/they had issues with their extended warranty policy. They needed my original purchase agreement because they had no record of it? They did try to allude that i might have had to pay for a tear down inspection. Eventually they saw that all my scheduled maintenance from their shop was in order and that did not happen. It took several calls and persistent communication. But in the end they did make me feel appreciated. My review is average. Not bad or good. Great service keeps you coming back. I'm on the fence at this point. More

I requested my loan to be financed through a specific bank and to only run my credit through that bank in which I was Pre-approved with. However the finance manager ran my credit 3 times. He came out and tried to apologize and admitted to running my credit multiple times. Even tried to give a letter to sent to the Credit bureau like that’s going to make a difference. I was highly upset. If it wasn’t for Mike Pazda’s awesome customer service, I don’t think I would’ve purchased the vehicle from this dealership. More
