I visited the Hyundai dealership to trade in a vehicle from another dealer. I was expecting to purchase a pre-owned certified car, like a Honda, Toyota, or Lexus, as I wasn’t familiar with Hyundai. As I was walking around, I noticed a Tucson 2025 Limited in a dark gray. I informed Mateo about it, and he worked his magic in a short period of time. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and incredibly thorough. We even broke bread together! Then came Daniel, the accountant, dressed up like Cab Calloway, which was quite amusing. He was honest and straightforward, never pushing anything on me. He gave me options, and I chose the best one. Honestly, I had never considered buying a Hyundai before, but now I’m glad I did.
