Was quoted 187. 25 to purchase a 4 pin wiring harness and have it installed. I was charged a total of 379.74. The service tech said it was based on 2 hours to install. I went out back and sat down as my Santa Cruz drove by me at 10:28. 11:16 the Santa Cruz was headed back to the pick up lane. I asked to see the invoice to see if I was charged for two hours when it only took 45 minutes. I questioned the service tech and he said they started working on it while we were talking. I admit I was xxxxx. Having to drive 2 hours round trip to the dealership, I will look elsewhere to have any more services done. There is clearly a lack of communication within the department. This was the third strike, First was me having to pay 7000 dollars shortage fee and in return I didn’t get any allowance for a shortage fee on my 2005 Toyota Tundra, Second strike was Hyundai revoked the extended service plan for six years back to 3 years. Third strike was being told I had to pay 187.25 up front to get the 4pin and have it installed. The dealership actually got 4 strikes when they charged me for two hours when it only took 48 minutes at most. Fifth strike I didn’t receive my 10% discount for any accessories I purchase for my new 2022 Santa Cruz. More
