Made an appointment with one sales associate, but when we arrived we found out that we had been assigned to someone else. (not that big of a deal, but still strange that we were never told) On my initial arrived we found out that we had been assigned to someone else. (not that big of a deal, but still strange that we were never told) On my initial call, we were made to believe that the models of cars we wanted to see were in stock, but when we got there that was not true. The salesman then tried to pressure us into buying a more expensive trim with more expensive options when we didn't want to. We also felt like he did not treat my wife with the same respect that I was treated with. I understand stocks are low for cars right now, but I'm not going to overspend on frivolous options that I do not want when that money could be spent on other things. The salesman did not seem to understand and made me feel like I was being a big inconvenience for saying the options I wanted. tl;dr: not worth you time. go somewhere else More
Most horrible experience ever. On the phone I asked for a female sales associate. When I arrived they partnered us with Todd. Should have been my 1st warning. We purchased a Sienna Platinum on a Saturday tha female sales associate. When I arrived they partnered us with Todd. Should have been my 1st warning. We purchased a Sienna Platinum on a Saturday that was to be delivered in about a week. Put a $6000 down payment on the vehicle. 4 days later when I called, I found out it was sold before our contract was finalized the day we were there, but no one informed us. Asked to be informed about their search to find another car similar to the one we signed paperwork on. I had to call each day to find information. When I expressed my feeling to them that I felt they were not being truthful, the salesperson immediately called me back and said his manager told him to return my money. When I called to speak with the general manager he declined to take my call. Later I spoke with the Inventory manager who was kind and ultimately refunded my money. I went to another dealership and went to sign the contract - I found that Priority had locked a higher interest rate with Toyota Financial than the one they had put in the contract so Toyota Financial was unable to get me the lower interest rate I qualified for. Doubly Screwed by this dealership! Made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to coming here. Will never make the mistake again. Be careful at this dealership. More
Every time I go for service, I have an excellent experience. I always go to Jose, he makes sure everything I need is taken care of and always gives accurate quotes/wait times for service and he’s ve experience. This was 4/14/2021 and its now 5/11/2021 and they have not paid off our vehicles and after contacting honda because both of our accounts are past due they also didn’t obtain the correct pay off amount so Toyota told us “that’s not our problem, and we have to pay it” Every time i call or go into the store i get told something different and they lie straight to my face and say they have paid the car off. They also have xxxxty service the day i got the car which hasn’t even been a month when i got home my tire pressure light was on. Get it checked and there is a nail in the tire. Now after spending thousands of dollars they tell me i have to pay for the tire. Now i was told when buying all the extended warranties that my tires were covered, which they lied. I received the car that they drove down from northern VA with a nail in my tire. Don’t do business with this dealership they do not care all they do is lie and steal money from you. More
If my vehicle broke down directly in front of Priority Toyota Hampton where I purchased it I would still call a tow truck to take my car elsewhere to be serviced. They can’t do ANYTHING for me, not even a Toyota Hampton where I purchased it I would still call a tow truck to take my car elsewhere to be serviced. Wish I could rate this dealership with NO STARS!! Just bought a Toyota from them and a cheep plastic part fell off the NEW vehicle. When I went there to get it rectified, they made up excuses like - some bought a Toyota from them and a cheep plastic part fell off the NEW vehicle. When I went there to get it rectified, they made up excuses like - someone stole the part or you were in an accident! I was not in any accident and my vehicle is garaged all the time I'm at home and I no longer work. The virus keeps me from Mall parking lots. The vehicle was not in an accident - and has been kept safe. The only acceptable reason the part is missing is that it was improperly installed or deficient from the start. They refused to replace it - now I have to go out and and spent more money on a supposed "NEW CAR". Extremely bad Customer Service - ESECIALLY CHRISTIAN COLBERT - once the Vehicle is bought! More
