I had a problem with my Jetta that happened late Saturday afternoon. I called the service department first thing Monday morning and they were able to get me in by 10:00 to check on my concerns and reassure m afternoon. I had a battery failure (age) which rendered the car unusable for normal purposes. I called the dealer at 7am and they made room for me immediately.
