Borderline fraud and theft. I was pre-approved by a finance company. I go and look at a new Telluride which they had advertised at $36k. With all their add-ons (which they said I was pre-approved by a finance company. I go and look at a new Telluride which they had advertised at $36k. With all their add-ons (which they said they couldn't take off) out the door was going to be around $40k. My financing had me at less than $800 a month for a 60 month loan. Clay Cooley came back with numbers ranging from $900 to over $1000 for 72 months. Nothing as advertised. The sales guy Eme had the audacity to try and give my wife and I a lesson on how financing works. We were so upset that we just got up and walked out. We felt very angry with the whole process. The very next night we went to Lewisville Volkswagen and purchased a new Atlas for $6k cheaper and the product was much nicer. We are so happy that there are still honest and transparent dealerships out there. We CAN'T say the same for Clay Cooley. Stay away... stay very far away. I felt like we had been mugged after leaving that shameful business. What crooks. More
Absolutely terrible service. my car has had the same issue for 6 months: the fan does not turn off when the car is off and the battery drains. The car is a little more than 3 yea my car has had the same issue for 6 months: the fan does not turn off when the car is off and the battery drains. The car is a little more than 3 years old. AAA has come 4 times to jump it and Kia can't figure out what's wrong with it. most recently, Clay Cooley Kia had it for almost 2 months. They said they finally fixed it. I've had it back a few days and the fan wouldn't turn off and now the battery is dead. Clay Cooley claims I damaged their rental car (it was completely fine when I returned it) and they fraudulently filed a claim with my insurance company. Do NOT go here. More

Jose Manzo was probably the best car salesman I’ve ever encountered. Professional, fantastic customer service and a great comedic sense that can put anyone at ease. I've bought 6 Kia’s now, 6- since 2004. encountered. Professional, fantastic customer service and a great comedic sense that can put anyone at ease. I've bought 6 Kia’s now, 6- since 2004. These are great cars. They ask for gas and oil, full stop. Clay Cooley Kia of Irving has a phenomenal inventory. Every person we encountered there was ready to assist, and the sales manager Drew was awesome as well. Bought my second Sorrento. They gave us a great price on the 2017 Kia Sportage I used for trade-in. These are the guys to see if you need a car or truck. They’re awesome! Ask for Jose! More

Sales team was responsive to an extent, however refused to share details over the phone or follow up on information I requested stating they were number one in the area and if details are shared on the pho to share details over the phone or follow up on information I requested stating they were number one in the area and if details are shared on the phone, then people do not show up, I needed to come in person. The lack of follow through and overall shadiness of their responses sent me elsewhere. More

Bought a new Kia at this dealership, merely because they were the only dealer in our area who had a new small sedan (Forte) in stock. They took advantage of this by jacking up the price well over MSRP, taki were the only dealer in our area who had a new small sedan (Forte) in stock. They took advantage of this by jacking up the price well over MSRP, taking advantage of those (like myself) who needed a car immediately. I bought the car in June 2022 and have had regular oil changes at the same dealership, which have, in 5 months gone up from $69 to $105. when I asked about this I got a vague, defensive answer. After I posted the same question online, Cooley reached out and asked that I reach out so they could "rectify the situation." It's been over three weeks....NOTHING. Seeing the other Cooley Kia reviews, I am not surprised. I am all for a company making an honest buck, but this dealership is clearly only about the money. When I trade in this car I will never buy a Kia/Hyundai again. Poorly built vehicles with the worst factory warranty (don't let their so-called warranty fool you. Look up Kia/Hyundai Engine Failure on Facebook before buying any of these cars). Buyer beware. Kia's are poorly made, and this dealership manages to make the whole experience yet worse. More
