I bought the car with the rear bumper peeling, front lip damage, and paint peeling off. The only service they performed was fixing a leaking flex pipe. This was my issue with previous dealership and she knew what I had experienced first conversation, promising it wouldn’t happen here. She said she would correct issue by finding me a similar car. I had to reach out multiple times just to find out they were working on getting me a car which ended up being sold along with one identical to the original car before I even had chance to look. Now being told they will have a car for me in a few days, if I decide to not purchase elsewhere. This caused days wasted with no good outcome as well as caused a hard hit to my credit, which might I add, I never was told anything regarding financing. Just promises of cars that weren’t available. Very disappointed and would not put faith in anything said from this dealership. Such a let down with the Clay Cooley promise. More

The used car we purchased is wonderful but have lots to learn on it. Our salesman was great. Our car was missing the jack and a spare tire but he was able to get us a jack.
