The reason for the three stars is that with the expensive oil change, there was supposed to be checking of the fluids and that didn't happen with my vehicle. my wiper fluid and coolant weren't checked and there was no engine coolant in my system, which has never happened. The attention to great customer service hasn't seemed to be a priority with the service center for some time. More
