Clay Cooley tells everyone that they are family, this is not true. The car we bought had an engine light come on 2 weeks after we bought it. We called them and said can they look at it for us. The said they could but the devise they would use may not be accurate as the car we bought was not American and it would cost us $200, even though it may not fine the correct issue. I questioned how could they say they checked the car completely before we bought it, it the test they do are not accurate. I took the car to a mechanic and he checked the car for free. I understand that during construction, delays and chaos can happen. Yet, take that into consideration for your customers who make an 11am appointment. They discounted my bill $15 to offset my inconvenience, which was nice of them, but not worth that much of my time. I hope they get better at scheduling when the new shop opens. No one should have to wait longer than 1 hour for an oil change. I can go to another place and get it done cheaper and faster if that's the case, though I would prefer OEM. More
