A long time Vw professional refered me to Alex for a dfp replacement. He completed the work to spec replacing one time use bolts and did a nice clean job. Went thru the express lane to get an oil change, also inquired about minor body finish needs under paid service policy, but got no information. I'm glad I don't need service very often, and the minor body work that should be covered under the policy I bought is nothing noticable for a 5 year old vehicle. More
