The customer service was great, the video of the inspection was great, the service advisor, Ernesto was great, and I was comfortable while I waited for the service. My only displeasure came with having to wait 4 1/2 hours for them to complete the work that was needed. However, I'm glad they took their time if that was needed to do the job right. More
