Their sales staff, managers and owner provide very fair pricing for trade-ins and do not pressure you at all. We were even prayed for at one point as we discussed some pressing issues going on in our family. Not only are they kind and good people, they TOTALLY take care of their customers. We had an issue with a Ford Maverick truck that required multiple investigations to find a solution for, and despite the b2b warranty expiring during the investigation, they kept at it until they finally found the solution. They could have bailed on me since they weren't making any money on the investigation/repair. They could have just said "sorry bro, we can't figure it out and it's not really a warranty issue anymore", but they didn't. They solved the issue and now it's my favorite vehicle I've ever owned, and they are my favorite dealership of all time! I feel like I was take care of as part of an extended family. My wife and I are taking them some home made bread this week as a thank you, and they will by the first place I go for anything and everything vehicle related from now on.
