I had to bring my new Outback in to take care of a flat tire. Ended up having to purchase a new tire. The whole process took less than an hour. I found out my definition of appointment and Cleo Bay's was completely different. I went in for a service that took about 2 hours and had an 8am appt. I called a little after noon to see if i could pick was completely different. I went in for a service that took about 2 hours and had an 8am appt. I called a little after noon to see if i could pick up my car and was told they had not started on car yet. They told me I had an appointment with the service people in the office for paperwork at 8am. The work on the car was not part of the appointment as that was done whenever the mechanic could get to it. I was called at about 5:20pm that my car was ready. I am sure glad that my doctor, plumber, or any other maintenance person I can think of don't have this appointment system. I will not use Cleo Bay service again if I can help it. More
