I was on my way to southern Calif. when I was told my car wasn't safe to drive as my emergency brake lights were on and my brakes felt soft. She kept me informed on what the problem was and the timeframe to get it fixed. When I returned to pick it up, I had a clean car and willing helpers to transfer my things back into my car. As the parents of a teenager, we have unfortunately needed to use the CNM auto body shop several times in the last few years. It is always a very stressful and inconvenient time for us, and Trent has needed to use the CNM auto body shop several times in the last few years. It is always a very stressful and inconvenient time for us, and Trent has always been very knowledgable in helping us navigate through the insurance/rental car process. Everytime we have picked up our vehicle it has always been washed, vacuumed and looked good as new! The shop seems to understand the inconvenience of being "down" a vehicle, and works very quickly to return it to us. While my vehicle was in the shop this last time, I took advantage of their paintless dent repair, and had some annoying door dings removed. I will NEVER again have to look at another ding on my car!! It was very affordable and done in just a couple of hours :) I would consider myself a bit on the OCD/meticulous side of things. I want my car fixed and returned to me in as close to pre-accident condition as possible. I would say that the Auto Body Shop does just that. I have the choice to use most any shop here in Roseburg, and after several accidents with repairs, we will always go back to CNM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the body shop at Clint Newell Auto Group! More
