My car has been in service for 3 days for the a/c which is blowing hot air. I was told what was wrong and I gave the ok to fix it ($2100). Then I was told that the compressor that they put in was defected and they need to get another one. That was on Friday morning about 8 am. It is now Monday 4pm. I NEVER got a phone call again on Friday and not today either (Monday). I have no idea what is going on with my car.. I spoke to an assistant to the Manager a bit ago. She offered no apology. Nothing. She passed me over to the Service Manager (Ron) who did not answer my call nor call me back from the message I left. If this service is not sounding good to you, you might want to look elsewhere. I believe the serviceman who was "fixing " my car was Mario. Never heard from him again. Just found out that Mario is the advisor! Who knew? I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Regret? You bet. Take my message seriously. It is all true. The 2nd compresser came in on Tuesday 1:30. I figured I would get my car back before Hyundai closes on that day. No one called. So, once again I had initiate the phone call. Won't be ready until tomorrow. Now, I told them i was at another place for the a/c and they tried 2 new compressors and they did not do the job. Hyundai was told that. So, the 2 compressors were numbers 4 and 5. You know how the saying goes, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is called insanity. Yesterday (Thursday) I was told the problem was electrical. It is now Friday. They have had my car for 10 days. (7 days plus a weekend) The person who looked at my car first told me the problem was electric; but Hyundai wanted to do their own diagnosis. I get that, but really they put in compressors numbers 4 and 5. and they thought it prudent???? Yup, it is a nightmare More
I bought 2 other cars here in years past and had ZERO problems. All they have to do to make me go away and delete these honest reviews is close the loan and close the deal on the VIN - I canceled the problems. I would stop my daily phone calls which are never answered. I would stop the consumer complaints. They routinely have a failure to provide proper papers, I've got no car and they refuse to close the deal or the loan, I owe #25K and I got no car! I have photos of them taking the car away. They refuse to honor their 3 day worry free exchange. It is on their website but it is just another Coconut Creek Hyundai lie. Stanley Anders and Nadine Ebanks his finance henchman are dirty and they ghost customers, refuse to follow up with papers and therefore violate laws probably! Nadine and some random guy she brought into the room screamed at me. I am a white haired 70+ year old who was abused there on Stan's watch. Matt King screamed and canceled the sale because he is a mess and tried to steal the deal from the girl who sold the car. He changed her name to his on all the papers. WHAT??? Nadine backed him up and threw the original sales person under the bus. More

Ty was helping me and he did go above and beyond and then passed it to Ron and ever since then I’ve left messages and never get a retur about a year! More then $100 a month more so we told them no deal I asked to have all the personal papers copy of driver license Social Security number all the personal info returned to us ..they told me NO they now belong to Coconut creek Hyundai I asked them to shred them in front of me , NO please leave or will call the police I call him a crook , I have the photo of the F. Well, the old saying held true here, "if it looks too good to be true, than it probably is". I went to their website and found a great deal on a car with a fabulous price. I couldn't figure out why the price was so good as it was substantially lower than the same model/trim/year prices I was finding elsewhere, including their own lot. Car fax was clean, 1 owner, low miles. I figured it had been there a while and they needed to move it. I studied the pictures and then drove to the dealership to see if it was still there. I parked right next to the vehicle as I recognized it from the pictures right away. Same color, exact same interior (which was a very unique two-tone), same year listed on the windshield, etc. I walked in as no one came out and I asked to see it. The salesman came out and I asked him why the vehicle was still here at that price. He told me he didn't know and that he would have to check on it. I went ahead and test drove it, liked it, was going to buy it. We went in and pulled it up on line. He then stated, "oh, the car you are looking at online I sold two days ago. The one you drove is $3500 higher." He stated that he even sold that vehicle for higher than the internet price. Classic bait and switch. They "sold" the exact same vehicle, same model, year, trim, unique interior, mileage, two days earlier and never took it off the internet? And you are selling vehicles for higher than what you are listing them on the internet for? Come on people. You are the reason people hate dealing with car salesman and hate buying cars. The unfortunate thing for this dealership, is that I was there to buy several vehicles for my company. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. NEVER BUY AND SERVICE YOUR CAR IN THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I bought a car Hyundai Elantra on October 26, 2023 in the Coconut Creek dealership. In the beginning of the March 2024 two horns of this car stopp !! I bought a car Hyundai Elantra on October 26, 2023 in the Coconut Creek dealership. In the beginning of the March 2024 two horns of this car stopped working. From that moment, I visited the dealership Coconut Creek Hyundai several times to know when this defect could be fixed. Every time I was told they had no these horns. I was asked to wait a few more days. A few days passed, but nothing has changed. After that, I turned to the service manager, who also could not give at least an approximate date of repair of my car. After that, I decided to apply to Hyundai Motor America. The HMA opened the case #230…. After many negotiations, I was promised that in four days dealership would receive these horns. Four days later, I tried calling the service manager to see if the horns had arrived, but no one answered or returned my call. My next trips to the dealership also did not yield anything. I did not get any information about ETA of these parts. After a while, I called HMA again and found out that my case was closed. No one could explain to me why my case was closed. The HMA opened a new case #23314… It was promised that in a week horns would arrive. Nothing came to the dealership. I went to the dealership again and spoke to the parts manager. He promised to call me back with ETA, but he did not call. I got call and text from HMA saying that they were on my case and promise to solve the problem soon. Finally, on Friday June 06, 2024, I received a call from HMA 714 410 4321 saying that they could not indicate ETA. Therefore, for three months, HMA and Coconut Creek dealership has been unable to fix the simplest defect in my car. What will happen if my car will have problems that are more serious? THIS IS A LEMON CAR! This dealership wastes my time and nerves! He is defaming the reputation and image of Hyundai. When contacting me about my problem, the general manager told me that the dealership is not responsible for the malfunction, and that I should contact the manufacturer, although I bought the car new from the dealership. It's been almost 5 months now and no one can or wants to fix my problem. More
